In view of the permanent damage and damage which would undoubtedly happen to XStream as a result of a breach by the Worker of the covenants or agreements contained in this Article 4, and in view of the lack of a sufficient remedy at law to protect XStream's interests, the Staff member hereby covenants and agrees that XStream shall have the following extra rights and treatments in case of a breach hereof: This Contract remains in result till terminated in accordance with this area.
